For field positions, in very few situations can we place families in our programs, and we aim not to separate families. For these reasons, we need to understand marital and family status, including the age of children under 18, to establish suitability of placement.

It is our organisational responsibility to take measures which minimise the possibility of Medair representatives being a channel of risk to the vulnerable populations we serve.
